What should I wear?
This is a very informal event.  Our theme is Camping Out for Camp Rotary, blue jeans and casual attire is the order of the day.  Check out our photos from prior years to get a feel of what the crowd is wearing to the event.

Does my single ticket include dinner?
Single ticket purchases do not include the dinner buffet.  Dinner tickets will be available at the event for $10 each. 

Can I get a vegetarian meal?
Yes.  We will have vegetarian meal options in our dinner buffet line.  Please ask one of our servers for the vegetarian options.  If you are seated at one our premier tables, please contact us by phone or email through the website to order a vegetarian meal in advance.

Can I bring my under age children?
We allow entrance to anyone with a ticket who is at least 18 years of age.  This is an adult event and is not suitable for young children.

Where do I sit if I am a single ticket purchaser?
We have several tables available for open seating.  These tables will be on a first come first served basis, so if you want to have the best chance of getting a seat come early and stake out your seats.
